A lot of the anti marijuana propaganda from my youth said the smoking pot causes brain damage. Well legitimate studies show that that is not only false, but CBD’s in marijuana can actually stop brain damage caused by excessive Alcohol consumption. It has been suggested that the neuroprotective effects of CBD observed during binge alcohol induced neurodegeneration are due to its high antioxidant capacity.
