That’s right. If you smoke cigarettes, smoking marijuana greatly reduces your chance of getting lung cancer as a result of the tobacco smoke. Although quitting smoking cigarettes is really the best way to not get lung cancer from smoking tobacco, it is good to know that if you do, smoking marijuana can help.
